We are committed to delivering your trading card products safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.
Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your orders are processed and transit times across South Africa.
- PROCESSING TIMES & DISPATCH All in-stock items are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped. During periods of high demand, such as major new set expansions, Pokémon TCG holiday releases, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package is securely wrapped to protect your collectibles.
- RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES We partner with reliable courier services to offer secure, trackable nationwide shipping across South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. - Premium Packaging Promise: Door-to-Door Courier / Eco As collectors ourselves, we understand the vital importance of condition. We do not use flimsy bubble mailers for fragile products. All booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and premium collections are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes with ample protective cushioning (bubble wrap and/or packing paper) to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
- PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order products (such as upcoming English or Japanese TCG sets), the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item officially launches. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders: one for the currently available inventory and another for the pre-order products.
- TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE When your order has cleared our system and is collected by our courier partner, you will receive an automated email or SMS notification containing a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's online portal.
- DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES & FAILED DELIVERIES Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot alter the delivery destination once the package has left our hands. If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address provided or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be liable for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS If your package arrives with clear, visible signs of external damage, please take photos of the outer box before opening it and notify us immediately. While we wrap your packages securely, transit mishaps can happen. Please inspect your goods within 48 hours of receipt and report any internal product damage directly to our support line.
